How We Work and Share Our Results

To ensure the success of our Erasmus+ project and deliver a real, lasting impact, our activities are structured around two key milestones: Transnational Project Meetings, dedicated to coordination and teamwork among partners, and Multiplier Events, designed to share our outcomes with the wider community.

Transnational Project Meetings (TPMs)

Transnational Project Meetings are the operational and strategic heart of our project. These are periodic working meetings that bring together representatives from all European partner organizations in person. 

During these sessions, the project team outlines detailed activity roadmaps, monitors overall progress, plans upcoming phases, and ensures high quality across all project outputs. These face-to-face meetings allow our international partnership to truly collaborate, combining diverse local expertise into a unified European vision.

Multiplier Events (MEs)

Multiplier Events serve as the bridge connecting our project work with the outside world. They are public events—such as conferences, seminars, or interactive workshops—organized to showcase and distribute the innovative outcomes developed throughout the project.

These events are aimed at a broad audience of stakeholders, including educators, students, industry experts, institutions, and local organizations. The primary goal of a Multiplier Event is not only to share what we have built, but to spark dialogue, gather valuable feedback, and encourage the practical adoption and reuse of our resources, thereby maximizing the project’s impact far beyond the partnership.
